Travel the world through food!
Explore the world through its food and associated customs. This course will to investigate, make and present traditional dishes from selected countries in Asia and Europe. Students will prepare a wide variety of foods; including pasta dishes, sushi, pad thai, curry puffs, spring rolls, satay, coconut pancakes.
The highlight of the semester is an Asian Food Expo, where students prepare food samples for tasting by their peers and invited guests.
