This course will explore the many courses of a formal menu. Students will have the opportunity to sample foods and create their own gourmet menus. They will work in groups to select, prepare and serve a three course meal for themselves and invited guests.
The students will also learn the basics of the art of coffee making (and if they wish complete a Barista qualification at an additional cost)
