House System

Our House System is the heartbeat of our school community, bringing together students and staff through school spirit, friendly competition, and a shared sense of belonging. Every member of our school is part of one of four houses: Kwilena (Dolphin), Kooyar (Frog), Yonga (Kangaroo), and Maali (Swan).

Students show their house spirit by demonstrating our core values of Care, Engage, and Excel. Every contribution whether on the field, in the classroom, or through service counts toward winning the coveted House Shield. The excitement of house challenges has become a term highlight, where students eagerly compete and earn points for their house in fun and spirited games. Our House System not only adds excitement and enthusiasm to school life but also nurtures well-rounded individuals who are proud to be part of our school community.

 House Captains:

Each house is led by a group of elected student leaders known as House Captains. These dedicated individuals are the driving force behind the House System, serving as champions of their house and role models for their peers.

The Four houses:  Our house logos were designed by Indigenous artist Yabini Kickett. https://yabinikickett.com.au/
